See what some happy clients have to say about the coaching experience:

Melissa Hughes, Director of Health Solutions at People Corporation

"As former Director, Business Solutions at Workplace Options, I had the privilege of leading the delivery of our mental health services for the LNG Canada project—one of the largest construction projects in Canadian history. As part of this groundbreaking initiative, we established Workplace Options' first full-time Mental Wellness Educator role alongside two full-time counsellors. Greg was selected for that role and quickly became an integral part of the program's success.

Greg led the development of our Mind Your Health education program, adapting Workplace Options' wellness and leadership resources into a curriculum that resonated with a large industrial workforce. Through leadership training, interactive workshops, toolbox talks, and one-on-one support, he helped employees, supervisors, and leaders build practical skills in mental health, resilience, and wellbeing. His ability to translate evidence-based concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences played an important role in the program's success.

One of Greg's greatest strengths is his ability to make people feel like the conversation is about them and what they may be experiencing in their own lives, not just the topic being presented. He had a way of breaking down barriers and creating genuine interest in conversations that many people would not normally choose to have. That connection often led employees to continue the conversation, seek additional support from our onsite counsellors, or begin looking at their own wellbeing in a different way. It's one of the reasons his sessions were so well received across the project.

Greg's professionalism, initiative, and ability to engage people were instrumental to the success of the Mind Your Health program. I would confidently recommend Greg to any organization looking for a facilitator who can build trust quickly, engage diverse audiences, and deliver learning experiences that create meaningful and lasting impact."

Anonymous Executive Performance Method Client says...

"Before I started working with Greg, I loved what I did and had no desire to slow down or step away from my businesses. The problem wasn't the work itself—it was that I constantly felt overwhelmed. I was living with what felt like 24/7 stress. Over time, that turned into mental fog, anxiety, physical tension, and a feeling that I wasn't thinking or performing at my best.

The Executive Performance Method helped me understand what was actually happening in my body and nervous system. I learned simple practices that I could use throughout my day to regulate myself instead of just pushing through. One of the biggest shifts was becoming aware of how much my own thinking patterns and beliefs were contributing to the stress I was experiencing. Learning to reframe anxious thoughts gave me a completely different way of approaching the challenges I face.

I still run my businesses with the same passion, but I now understand the importance of recovery and prioritizing my mental health. I've gained practical tools that I continue to use, and I feel much more equipped to handle stress without it taking over.

If you're someone who feels like you can never escape work or anxiety is having a real impact on your life, I'd absolutely recommend this program. Working with Greg was an amazing experience."

Mary Lu Spagrud Mental Wellness Coordinator, JGC Fluor (LNG Canada Project)

"As Mental Wellness Coordinator for the LNG Canada Project with JGC Fluor, I had the opportunity to lead the Mind Your Health Mental Wellness Program and work closely with Greg over several years in his role as mental wellness educator, as we supported one of Canada's largest construction projects. Working alongside Greg was an exceptional experience. Our time together presented many opportunities to learn from one another, both professionally and personally. Greg has been the only person who successfully encouraged me to engage in mindfulness practice—a significant achievement, I assure you.

Over the course of several years, I observed Greg facilitate a wide variety of presentations and training sessions with everyone from frontline tradespeople to supervisors, managers, and senior leaders. His work ranged from early morning toolbox talks right on the construction site and weekly safety meetings to new hire orientations, formal classroom training, and leadership workshops. What always stood out to me was Greg's ability to meet people where they are. He delivered programs on stress resilience, mental health awareness, suicide awareness and prevention, emotional regulation, fatigue management, change and uncertainty, and recognizing and responding to workers experiencing mental health challenges.

A construction environment can be a tough place to have conversations about mental health and wellbeing. Greg embraced this fully, finding ways to earn people's attention and respect while making these topics relevant, and engaging. Whether he was speaking to a crew of tradespeople at 5:00 am before the start of a shift or facilitating a room of leaders, he created opportunities for discussion and practical application rather than just giving the workers information. He has a natural ability to read a room and adapt his approach which is so vital in a work setting like this.

What impressed me most was Greg's authenticity. His passion for this work is evident every time he steps in front of a group, but it's not showy—it's simply who he is. He genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that comes through in every interaction he has. His professionalism, integrity, and commitment to helping others made him an invaluable member of the Mental Wellness team. I can honestly say he has a rare ability to bring out the best in people. Any organization would benefit from having Greg facilitate learning that challenges people to think differently, reflect honestly, and grow as leaders."

Sloane Cox, Vice President of Human Resources, Carrier Enterprise says...

“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Greg Klym for over 12 years now; initially entrusting him to my own practice on the mat and more recently over the past few years specifically working with my team and a number of other teams in our business.

When I first contacted Greg to do some work at Chapters Indigo when I was the Vice President of Human Resources, I knew a little of what I wanted but through the process, Greg was able to drill down and work with me to identify and develop programs that really suited my needs. I’m constantly looking for ways to support my team through mindfulness and wellness initiatives and without hesitation, Greg is the first person I call.

There is something so real and so honest about Greg that you can’t help but feel connected to him. Letting go and just being can be hard for people, especially when you work in very demanding roles where so much of what we do is in support of other people’s well-being. From the start, my team immediately connected with Greg and felt at ease with him. I know they appreciate and value the time to focus just on them for once.

Greg’s teachings have helped them manage stress better in the workplace, be more present with their business partners, colleagues, family and friends and most importantly, has helped them become better listeners and to recognize when they need to take a break."

"Greg guided me through my personal journey to finding peace and happiness. He introduced me to a way of living I never knew existed. Working with Greg has been a life changing experience. The role model I have become for my children is one of the greatest gifts from his guidance."

Rob says...

"Greg is a great coach. He uses his knowledge and experience to guide you while he allows you to cut your own specific path at your own pace. He knows when to listen, when to offer insight and how to keep you on track in order to continue growing. If you told me all of the areas of my life that this would have touched before we started, I would have rolled my eyes in disbelief. With his help, this experience has been nothing short of life changing."

TC says...

"Working with Greg has literally been life changing for me. He gave me the tools and resources to help me break free of fears and negativity that were holding me back and helped me get back into the driver's seat of my life. He helped me take what I was reading about in all the mindfulness books and turn it into actual practice. I have rediscovered a love for life, I love myself again and I am forever grateful for my experience with him. If you're ready to make changes in your life and need some help, I highly recommend working with Greg."

Cassidy says...

"I would describe Greg as a guardian angel. He is such a compassionate and kind-hearted person. One of the things I loved most about him was that I never felt any sort of judgement from him. He works with you at your pace and allows you to take all the time you need to make the changes that need to be made. This provided a great level of comfort and ease during sessions. The biggest tangible change I noticed throughout the program was the shift in my self-confidence. When we first started the sessions, it was next to non-existent and Greg helped bring it to the surface. I never in a million years thought that it would be possible for me to exert confidence, but I was able to build it through the techniques and practices that Greg provided. If you do decide to go see Greg, my advice would be to follow all the advice and tips he provides you. While he is amazing at what he does, you need to put in the work on your end and commit yourself to taking a different path. Change is the scariest thing and it can seem impossible, but it's doable and Greg and definitely help you get there!"

Meegan says...

"I met Greg through one of his mindfulness workshops and immediately felt I had met someone sincere, authentic and trusting, so I decided to give his coaching a try. I had been constantly living in the "when and if" instead of the "here and now". I have been working with Greg now for over six months and life is different. I smile more, feel happiness more and see people and life differently. I am present more. I take confidence in Greg's commitment and passion for mindfulness practice. In our sessions there's always a hug, smiles and often laughter. His attitude reminds me that deep, meaningful change can be made when making the commitment and investment in yourself. It can be done!"

Sheri says...

"I had the pleasure of being introduced to Greg at a point in my life where I was seeking change. I worked with Greg for 6 months, learning not just about myself, but also about 'seeing the big picture'... taking a step back, a moment to breathe, observe, and act accordingly. Greg and his coaching have had a tremendous impact on who I am now as an individual, how I observe and approach the world, and the steps I take going forward... steps of intention and purpose. Without Greg and his guidance I'm sure I would still be headed down my typical path of bad choices. I am confident now, however, in my truth, my purpose, and how to go about living the life I want based on Greg's support and coaching. I highly recommend Greg and his practice to anyone seeking a deeper understanding and approach to their lives. I can guarantee you, you will not be disappointed."
