You can’t change what you’re not aware of, right? So often, our minds are caught up in stories, worries, and endless “what ifs.” Through our work together, you’ll learn practical, accessible mindfulness practices that help you see how your thoughts and perceptions about challenges—and even people—can be the real source of stress. With regular practice, you’ll begin to notice what’s happening in your body and mind with greater clarity, observing sensations, emotions, and thoughts as they arise. This awareness is powerful—it gives you the ability to pause, choose a wise response, and no longer be swept away by reactivity. It’s a skill that can be developed and strengthened with guidance, and it truly is a transformative ability.

HOW I WORK WITH YOU

My interactions with you will always be kind and non-judgemental. I like to keep the coaching experience light and engaged. The coaching process starts with us discussing the core issue (s) that you're wanting to address. I help you set intentions, or a direction that you would like to go in with the things you're wanting to address. This is followed by learning more deeply about the basic philosophy of mindfulness practice. I encourage you to engage in daily practices like conscious breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation, mindful journaling, self compassion, gratitude...etc. We meet approximately every two weeks to check in on your progress. We celebrate all the small shifts and changes that happen along the way.
