MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION
Building Mental Health Awareness and Understanding in the Workplace
Mental health is part of the human experience, and it affects how we show up in our work, relationships and everyday lives. Yet recognizing when someone may be struggling, knowing how to respond, or even starting a conversation about mental health isn't always easy.
Education can make a meaningful difference.
Through practical, engaging workshops, I help employees, leaders and supervisors better understand mental health, recognize challenges and feel more confident supporting themselves and others.
The goal is to encourage greater understanding, reduce stigma and help create workplaces where people feel supported.

Having spent several years delivering mental health education and awareness training across a range of organizational settings, including the LNG Canada Project and through TELUS Health, I've seen firsthand how important it is to make conversations about mental health more accessible.
My approach combines relevant information, practical examples and meaningful discussion to help people better understand mental health and feel more comfortable navigating challenging situations.
