A mindful performance is the quality of presence that emerges when one lets go of striving for an outcome and trusts the wisdom and talent available in the moment. Mindfulness practices teaches you by being fully present in this moment and getting “out of our own way” you will have a better chance of tapping into the skills and capabilities you’ve been honing through the years of practice and training of your particular craft. Having been trained at the University of California San Diego and the mPEAK program (Mindfulness, Performance Enhancement, Awareness and Knowledge) I work with individual athletes and teams integrating the scientifically validated curriculum to help elevate and attain new levels of performance and well-being.
