If you’re ready for change in your life, the mindfulness coaching experience has the potential to transform you. In working with me, you will learn practical and accessible mindfulness practices and strategies that will help you cultivate kind and compassionate present moment awareness. Greater awareness creates the capacity to make different choices in every area of your life. This new way of being will support you in creating the kind of sustainable, positive change that you’re looking to bring into your life.

We start the process by setting intentions or a direction that you would like to go in, which are followed by daily practices that I will ask you to engage in. We connect in person or over Facetime, Skype or phone every two weeks to check in on progress made and challenges still being experienced. We celebrate all the small shifts and changes that happen along the way. The degree to which you grow through this process will be determined by your willingness to engage in daily mindfulness based practice. The possibilities are so incredibly vast!!

“The best way to capture moments is to pay attention. This is how we cultivate mindfulness. Mindfulness means to be awake. It means knowing what you are doing” ~ Jon Kabat-Zinn
