This four-session series provides a dedicated space to pause, recalibrate, and build the mental and emotional skills needed to navigate change with confidence and clarity. Through live, interactive sessions with a small group, you’ll explore neuroscience- and mindfulness-based practices that help you respond to uncertainty with resilience, steadiness, and focus.
Led personally by Greg Klym, each session combines insight, guided practice, practical application, and group discussion. You’ll leave with actionable strategies, greater self-awareness, and a renewed sense of adaptability—empowered to face change with calm, confidence, and clarity.
